A Week of Warmth

It's almost as though one can see the blooms opening as you look out the window or walk through the various gardens.  Flowers opening everywhere.  Hummingbirds flitting and zipping around.  Butterflies dipping and diving,  Fluttering from flower to flower.  It's just going to keep getting better and better as winter ends for us, hopefully.

We've had a week of temps in the high 30's in the mornings, and then the temps rise 40 degrees during the days to hit the 80's or more.  Heaven on earth!

This is the view I have as I sit at the computer to write the blog or whatever else I need to do.

Happy me!

Gorgeous flowers! Weeds are sprouting here and the temps are headed back into the 70's, so I need to think about adding some flowers to pots!

I think you stole our winter. It has felt like August since August here on the beach.

I'm seriously envious. It's 18°F here as I write, and the view has a lot of white in it. Cold, fluffy white.

It's raining, but I am not complaining.

Beck, weeds are not good. We have a big flower show here called Candelaria. The entire jardin is full of plants to buy. Too bad you're not here!

Uh oh Steve. August is not a good month to be at the beach! I remember an August in PV. It was beyond miserable.

White is not my favorite color Kim. I hope you get your surgery over with soon and get the heck outta there!

Beautiful picture! Heaven on earth, right there.

After seeing the hummingbirds in Mexico they will forever remind me of Mexico.

We've had a very mild winter here in the PNW and I'm grateful - though still can't wait until April - San Miguel here I come. :)
