A Few More Photos of Chapala

Walking to the fair one morning, this bloom was laying on the sidewalk. I loved the texture of the flame tree bloom against the roughness of the sidewalk.
I looked at this photo and with the cupolas, it could be Greece or Spain or somewhere else in the world, but it is Lake Chapala.
And this shot reminds me of one I took over the Pacific a couple of years ago while in Melaque. Magnificent sunsets. I never tire of them.
And, a rose is a rose. This was in the gardens of the B&B. The bloom was at least nine inches across. I always stop to "smell the roses."

Wow...I got way behind in your blogs while I was gone. Darn, sorry we never made it over to Chapala. All my fault as we had an invite, remember? I think I had just run out of steam. So glad you finally made it and your photos are great. So when are you publishing your book?

Babs -- Thanks for sharing your photographs. They are great enticements for me to head south.
