The aptly named CASA TRANQUILO guest house is on the market for rent..........again. Although the current tenant intended to stay "forever", forever turned out to be a short time because of extenuating circumstances.
So, here I am AGAIN, to tell you about the house which, preferably, I would like to rent long term (a year). BUT I'm open to other requests of a couple of weeks at Christmas or a month at a time for short term. Living in Mexico one must be flexible.
The house, as you can see, is open, airy, light and comfortable. The furnishings are above average. The sofa in the living room downstairs opens into a queen bed. It is a relatively expensive sofa so the bed is fairly comfortable.
Statistics are a 1 bedroom (16 x 20 ft), 1 bath on second floor with living/dining/kitchen on first floor and roof terrace on third level. Long term it rents for $750 per month. This is inclusive of electricity, gas, water, house telephone, Shaw satellite, and maid service once a week. Basically all you need to bring is clothes and personal items.
There are all linens provided as well as all items needed in a kitchen.
Hope you like it. Hope you know of someone looking for a place. AND I hope it is rented by the first of December. Gracias my friends.

Babs, how close to town, San Miguel, is su casa?
Mike - Ten minute walk to jardin, five minute walk to mercado and artesan's market. Located in Col. Azteca beneath Balcones if you are familiar with San Miguel. A hidden gem!
Well I guess I should be even more specific - it is in San Miguel and just on the edge of "centro"!
It looks like a beautiful place to live. I hope you are able to rent it long term and will be jealous of whoever (or whomever) gets to live there.
