Last evening I was at Billie's house for a 4th of July party - you bloggers know who Billie is..........
and Deb of zocalo blog was there also and we talked about all of you. About Todd, Jennifer and Steve just to name a few........about how much fun and surprising this whole experience has been......about how frustrating it is since some of us (me) are technologically challenged. Others sitting around us just looked on blankly as we sat and laughed and reminisced about our blogs and those of others...........We talked about how we feel like we know ya'll and the kindness of the group. That it IS a creative outlet for us..........
Someone came up to me at another party I was at this week and said "I read your blog". I was surprised as I don't go by Babs in San Miguel.........she said, "If anyone reads your blog they will really know WHO you are because there are no walls"! Cool huh?
And Richard, I hear that at Gangs of San Miguel you're going to "drop a bomb"! Can't wait............

Wow, I wish I had been there! I loved meeting Billie and Ned last year but I would have loved to meet you and Deb.
I'm sure it was a really nice 4th.
We feel like we know ya'll real well too, Babs. I'm campaigning to come visit too! Hope you don't run out of festivals before I get there.

My son was in Toronto for his book launch (shameless plug) and used his Apple Laptop Camera to hook up with his wife back in Los Angeles. We put the laptop at the table and she joined us for a Halal حلا Indian Dinner. It was almost as if she was there but we didn't have to give her any food.
The Bomb that will expose the Blogger Gang is a week away. I have to search out (oooot) some lesser known members.
