Quite unnerving. I'm not sure why he finally stopped gifting us but he finally did. Maybe my screaming response had something to do with it. I put a shoe on its side near where the mouse is cowering. Then I grab the cat and lock him up. The mouse always heads for the shoe as it looks like a safe den.
