And those concrete and stone houses get mighty chilly in the winter. <br /><br />It's funny that when I arrived in San Francisco, for the first few days I was much colder than in Boston because people here just don't heat their houses all that much. My house is kept at 73° most of the time, while my friend keeps his at 65°.
